Hello

Your semen analysis findings suggests compromised sperm count, decreased sperm motility and excessive abnormal sperms.

Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.Your sperm count is 17.7 million/ml,so it is low.

Motility of sperm should be at least 55 %.You have 48% motile sperms,so it is also low.

Sperms with normal morphology is also decreased.Normally it should be at least 16 % for natural fertilization.

You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,ultrasound of scrotum. It is important to rule out any pathology.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.

If infertility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Take Care
